1. Processing personal data

WHO is responsible for the processing of your personal data? The controller of your personal data is Appidea Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin, at Cyfrowa Street 6, 71-441 Szczecin, Poland, registered with the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Szczecin, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under entry number KRS 0000693594, NIP [taxpayer ID] 8513213082, REGON [enterprise ID] 368206558. WHAT personal data we collect, WHEN, for WHAT PURPOSE, and HOW LONG do we process it. We process behavioral data regarding your visits on our website (with use of cookies and pixel tags – for details please see the second part of this Privacy Policy) for statistical and analytical purposes on the legal basis of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Appidea). We erase such data when you object to such processing which you can always do by sending us a message to contact@appidea.co. We also process your data on your request, on the legal basis of your consent, as described below.
  1. Newsletter
We collect your email address if you fill the newsletter box on the bottom of our website, and we use your data only for this particular purpose of sending you our newsletter. Our newsletter is created in mind with needs of CTOs, product managers, software engineers, and digital business owners. It contains information about technology and software development, Appidea's services and the content we create. We process your data as long as you don’t let us know that you don’t want to receive our newsletter anymore. You can unsubscribe anytime by sending us a message to contact@appidea.co or by clicking a link that’s placed in a footer of every automated email you get from us.
  1. Contact form / Estimate your project form
If you use our contact forms, we collect your name and email address. Leaving your phone number is optional. We store your data along with the message you sent us, and information about the type of your project, in case you provided it. We process your data to contact you regarding your inquiry, and if our cooperation continues, to provide you with our services. Your data is stored in our database of potential clients for 3 years. You can request its erasure anytime by sending us a message to contact@appidea.co.
  1. Downloading content
If you want to download some promotional content from our website, you need to provide us with your email address. Depending on the topic of the content you are requesting, we can also ask you for some additional information, but providing it is always optional. In such case we process your data to send you the content you requested and a follow up message (or in some campaigns a series of messages) regarding the content's topic. After that your data is erased. You can request earlier erasure of your data anytime by sending us a message to contact@appidea.co or by clicking a link that's placed in a footer of every automated email you get from us.
  1. Applying for a position in Appidea
If you want to apply for position in Monterail, you can fill a form providing your first and last name, email address, phone (optional), describing your experience (optional), upload your resume, and answer some questions regarding your application. Your data is processed for the purpose and the period of the recruitment process for the position you applied for. If you agreed that we process your data also for the purpose of future recruitment processes, your data is stored in our recruitment database for 3 years. You can request its erasure anytime by sending us a message to contact@appidea.co. PROTECTION of your Personal Data We use a variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption, to maintain the safety of your personal data. Your personal data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to these systems. YOUR RIGHTS related to your personal data You have the right to request from us: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) rectification of your personal data; (iii) erasure of your personal data; (iv) restriction of processing; (v) data portability. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, as well as opt-out from the use for direct marketing purposes. Where we have obtained your consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. We receive and record information, which may include personal data, from your browser when you use our website.
